Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you whenever available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within India is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, SkinYogi may offer free shipping on selected products, bundles or promotional orders.

Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, high courier volumes, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your name, address, PIN code and contact number before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to pay the applicable re-shipping charges.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the outer packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
